My teeth whitening experience went fine. I was seen on time and Helder explained what going to happen during the treatment. Everything went to plan. I was surprised to notice that my teeth were quite a bit whiter immediately after the procedure finished. Very good value for money.

Lè Vacherin, Restaurant; What a lovely experience it has been, Friday lunch. The restaurant is immaculate, table setting done to etiquette, lovely maître d and serveur. Big thank you to Leah and Claire for looking after me with care and professionalism.
The food was exquisite, well balanced in flavour; lots of varieties even with a groupon voucher. Mercí Chef !

From the moment I entered the salon I was made to feel extremely welcome. My experience was amazing, my hairdresser Sam was incredible in advising me what colour and style would work best for me taking my thought into consideration. The vibe was brilliant between everyone that worked there adding to my great experience. Thank you so much and I’ll be definitely going there again.

Groupon have taken their eye off the ball. Supporting bad companies.. despite all the bad feedback on the feedback on Nail Candy Paddington - my experience of this cheap set up.. ruined my holiday by being unable to walk ..due to effected the health of my big toe.. cut badly.. still not right a month later ..

I bought three cushion covers with personal photography of a recently deceased friend to be applied, received three vouchers to redeem but I had to download the GROUPON App to get the vouchers, then I had to download the corresponding cushion cover company App PHOTO.GIFTS UK to order the covers. Each voucher had to be used as an individual order, each order was charged an absurd £8 delivery fee ! So, £12.45 for the vouchers plus £24 delivery fees = £32.45 . NOT the initial £5 per cover as advertised. I asked for full refund of the £12.45 and was given £4.25 total !
Total nightmare and sham ! TWO HOURS of my time wasted.

Great coffee and obviously a fab Brazilian BD.

I tried to use my voucher the pub didn’t except it but it still showed as I had redeemed the voucher. I need to get written confirmation from the pub to get a refund. Pub is miles away and haven’t responded to my emails so now out of pocket. I won’t be making a purchase again.

Groupon extended our expired voucher without asking. They just sent us an email saying that we can still use our voucher, which was a pleasant surprise.

I purchased a voucher code for Bear Grylls via Groupon. The code didn't work on ticketmasters site and ticketmaster said to speak with groupon. After numerous emails and online chats asking to resolve the issue or for a refund they aren't responding. Truely awful service. Avoid.

I booked 2 Medical Massage which I booked in january and it rans out on 30th June 2024. for what ever reason when I tried to booked my treatments yesterday only to find out that I could not book them as Groupon had cancelled my treatments, and then to insult into injusry they want to issue credit instead of returning my cash.

I’m always surprised how fast the goods are delivered, the service is excellent. The meal deals have always been a great success, the goods I have purchased have mostly been value for money, if they are cheap they are sometimes low quality but that is to be expected.
