Using the website
Filmstro offers a browser-based app in Google Chrome, with scoring sliders, a pen tool and real-time video preview. Tracks can be exported as WAV files.

Notable features
Scoring controls: Momentum, Depth and Power can be moved in real time or drawn and keyframed on the timeline. In the desktop app, Momentum controls rhythmic drive, Depth controls harmonic colour and fullness, and Power controls weight and intensity.
Length and video sync: The desktop app can import video and match music to its length. Its Smart length feature uses intro, loop and ending sections to fit the length set.
Stems and MIDI: Desktop users can mute or solo instrument groups and see per-stem meters. A MIDI controller can be mapped to Momentum, Depth or Power.
Premiere Pro extension: The extension can take its music length from the in and out points in Premiere Pro. It also supports keyframes and stem controls, with offline editing once a track has been loaded.
